Workplace pensions, also known as auto enrolment will effect every business, whether they employ one person or one thousand. The government’s desire for self-sufficiency in workplace pensions has resulted in Auto Enrolment legislation.
All eligible employees will need to be automatically enrolled into a Qualifying Workplace Pension Scheme with mandatory minimum contributions from the employer and the employee.
